YACHT DESIGN
ELEGANCE REDEFINED
Aurai

Aurai is an 80-meter superyacht concept developed through the collaboration between Bozca and Oceanco, conceived within the Simply Custom philosophy. Named after the breeze nymphs of Greek mythology, Aurai embodies a sense of lightness, movement, and controlled elegance. The project explores a refined balance between architectural clarity and marine dynamism, positioning the yacht as both a sculptural object and a technically advanced platform at sea.

The exterior design, developed by Bozca, draws inspiration from the swordfish — a symbol of speed, precision, and directional intent. Its elongated, fluid lines express forward motion while maintaining a composed and disciplined profile. The hull form is articulated through a distinctive dual-division concept, creating visual intrigue while supporting hydrodynamic performance. This architectural approach reinforces a harmonious relationship between structural power and fluid grace.
Aurai’s superstructure integrates seamlessly with the hull geometry, forming a continuous silhouette that appears sculpted by airflow and water resistance. The layered composition of decks enhances proportion and stability, while maintaining a clean and uninterrupted exterior language. Beneath its refined aesthetic, the yacht is supported by an advanced Simply Custom technical platform, featuring an all-electric propulsion and energy architecture system designed to optimize efficiency, sustainability, and long-range performance.

The interior, designed by Dasha Moranova Designs, introduces a serene and immersive atmosphere that complements the yacht’s exterior discipline. Spatial transitions are fluid and open, with a strong emphasis on natural materials, soft tonal contrasts, and controlled light integration. Floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances the connection to the sea, while carefully curated textures and detailing establish a calm yet contemporary interior environment.

Aurai’s beach club extends the interior philosophy outward, creating a coastal retreat defined by sand-toned steps, integrated greenery, and seamless water access. The space is conceived as a transitional zone between yacht and ocean, offering both privacy and openness. It reinforces the vessel’s broader concept of fluid living, where architecture, landscape, and marine context converge.

Social and relaxation areas are anchored by a dynamic U-shaped glass-covered pool with a central lounge and fireplace, creating a sheltered yet open gathering environment. A second forward pool, positioned adjacent to the helipad, offers panoramic views and direct exposure to horizon lines. Together, these elements define Aurai as an 80-meter superyacht where exterior architecture by Bozca and interior design by Dasha Moranova Designs converge within a technically advanced Simply Custom platform.
