Aqua Suite
Aqua Suites at Villa Hotel Tamara are located along the Mediterranean Riviera in Turkey, offering a refined interpretation of contemporary coastal luxury. Designed by Bozca, the suites merge architectural clarity with the natural beauty of the surrounding seascape. The project redefines boutique hospitality by creating private sanctuaries that balance sophistication, material depth, and a strong connection to the Mediterranean environment.
The interior concept establishes a dialogue between local heritage and contemporary design language. Traditional regional influences are subtly integrated into a forward-thinking spatial framework, allowing each suite to feel rooted in place while distinctly modern. This balance between cultural continuity and avant-garde refinement forms the foundation of the Aqua Suites’ identity.
Spanning approximately 80 square meters, each suite is conceived as a self-contained wellness retreat. The layout includes a bedroom, private sauna, television lounge area, dedicated work and vanity space, and a terrace featuring a pool-jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Bathrooms clad in dark, rock-inspired marble evoke a cave-like atmosphere, enhancing intimacy and texture, while a circular sauna window frames panoramic Mediterranean views, creating a moment of architectural serenity.
Material selection plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere. Muted light tones, locally sourced natural materials, light wood surfaces, stone textures, and tactile fabrics create a layered yet restrained interior composition. The interplay between soft and mineral elements reinforces a sense of calm while subtly referencing the coastal geology of the region.
Large openings and carefully positioned terraces blur the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing sea light and horizon views to become integral design components. Each spatial transition is intentional, encouraging guests to experience both privacy and openness within the same architectural gesture.
Aqua Suites represent a refined approach to Mediterranean hospitality design. By merging minimalist elegance with regional material authenticity and integrated wellness elements, the project offers more than accommodation — it delivers an immersive coastal living experience. Within the landscape of the Turkish Riviera, Villa Hotel Tamara’s Aqua Suites stand as a testament to contemporary luxury rooted in nature and thoughtful interior architecture.
