Yelken
The Yelken is a crystal sculpture combines elements of a sailing yacht and sailfish by means of sweeping, almost soaring shape transitions. Bozca collaborated with Crystal Caviar for the unique masterpiece. The sculpture is an exclusive, sensuous creation and extraordinarily eye-catching. But it also transports yacht design into a new, artistic reality.
The Yelken were inspired by the clear design idiom on the one side and the purist aesthetic on the other. The thereby generated optical effect embodies dynamism and speed in a fascinating manner.

While the surface of the bottom sensually models the corpus of the sailing yacht, it begins to slowly segment and separate towards the top as if the resulting surface segments were captured by a dynamic sail of the sailfish.
